The terrain in the Lower 40 acres presents few locations for a retreat site. 
The Loggers Road site #18 is an opportunity to build right on the old road itself. 
The view is comprised of the site's mountain side, and the adjoining hillside, creating a V horizon. The site is fairly remote as the access road is overgrown in a few places.

As you can see in the property/map view, you can see that this logger road climbs directly across the Empty 40. The logger road is very overgrown, but might provide other opportunities that I've indicated below.
